Relationship Guidance Sessions
By booking a session, you explicitly agree to the following terms and professional standards:
8.1 The Sessions: Relationship Guidance sessions are private, one-on-one video consultations facilitated via secure third-party platforms. These sessions are intended to provide personal perspective and practical guidance based on the consultant’s independent observations and life experiences. Completion of payment reserves a specific time-slot for this personal consultation.
8.2 Indemnity & Liability: By booking a session, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Velouraelle harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the guidance provided. Total liability for any claim related to this service is strictly limited to the fee paid for the individual session in question.
8.3 Not Medical Guidance: Velouraelle is not a medical professional, licensed therapist, clinical counselor, or psychiatrist. The guidance provided is educational in nature and is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical diagnosis. If you are in distress or require medical assistance, you must consult a licensed healthcare professional immediately.
8.4 Refund & Cancellation Policy: All session bookings are final and 100% non-refundable. Due to the high demand and limited weekly availability, once a slot is reserved, it cannot be refunded. Rescheduling is permitted only once per instance and requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to show up for a scheduled session results in immediate forfeiture of the fee.
8.5 Termination & Behavioral Grounds: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful behavior, harassment, verbal abuse, or any form of explicit or inappropriate sexual conduct. Velouraelle reserves the sole right to terminate any session immediately if behavioral standards are violated. Termination for behavioral reasons leads to an immediate ban and is not eligible for a refund.
8.6 Privacy, Safety & Consent: For the safety and accountability of both parties, all sessions are recorded in high-definition video and audio. By proceeding with a booking, you provide irrevocable consent to being recorded. Recording by the client is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
